Weekly Update

I just got word about the race weekend that was scheduled in Squamish for the end of August 27, 28, 29. The weekend had to be changed because there is as international whippet race in a surrounding park and apparently BMX gates and whippets do not get along!!!!
The re-scheduled race weekend is for September 24, 25, 26.

At our track... Next week we are racing both Tuesday 17 and Thursday 19. Registration is 6-6:30-racing ASAP for both days.

Nanaimo Nationals

Congrats to all riders that participated in the 2010 Harbour City Nationals!
Special shout out goes to CNAG 5 Rob Brooks who came unclipped while in 1st place during the Semi's on Saturday but pulled off a 3rd place in the Main event on Sunday, Way to go!

Weekly Update

Good afternoon everyone! Our trophy race will NOT this Tuesday as planned. The necessary hardware to make the trophies is not in, therefore our trophy race will be on July 6. Sorry for any disappointments.... There will still be our regular racing with registration 6-630. Call 250-889-1758 if you need to pre register.
Thursday practice 6-8ish.

Our Vancouver Island Challenge is on July 10th There will possibly be a make up race on July 9th. Thank you to all those who have recycled their trophies back to the track they are appreciated. Thanks again.

First VIC Race

Hi Everyone,
The first Vancouver Island Challenge race of the series will be held this Sunday May 9th in Nanaimo. This is a fun series that has races up and down the island.
As a result there will be NO RACE IN VICTORIA ON SUNDAY.

Gate Practice Thursday April 8

Gate practice will be on tonight starting at 6:00pm. Please note that the only parts of the track that are ready for riding are the rhythm section and the last straight. Thanks and see you there!

Hello every one and welcome to another fabulous year of BMX racing. For those who have not yet met me my name is Terry Sheldrake and I am your club President! I can’t wait to meet each and every one you in person and welcome you.

March Meeting

Thursday March 18 @ 7:00pm in the Spinnaker room- this is upstairs, above the skating arena at the Juan de fuca main building. This is the last meeting before the race season starts!

General Meeting

We will be having a general meeting on Feb 11th. The meeting will be held in the Glencolme room inside main rec center building, Upstairs from the pool and ice arena. It will start at 7pm and new business is welcome.
